At Cloud9, we want you to love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your inbox.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging and attach the printed shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
